We have been commissioned on a vast number of projects over the years, ranging from new build schools, colleges and university buildings, through to extensions and space re-allocation, and finally halls of residence.
With some of the established centres of learning often occupying buildings with a heritage status we are experienced in bringing 21st century facilities into older buildings without compromising either the building, or the solution for its new use.
Established universities can often share the same problems as inner city schools in being landlocked and we have been involved with a number of interesting solutions in extending these within their own restricted boundaries.
In recent years the advent of developer led Halls of Residences has become apparent, and education establishments are now offering different routes to providing accommodation, that can protect their capital and address the needs of their students. Our experience in both this method and the traditional provisions allows us to advise from an informed position, based on the whole life of the building.
