With projects ranging from discount hotels to high end luxury boutique projects, we have encountered and succeeded with the challenges that this sector brings.

Our projects have included full re-instatements of listed period buildings from dilapidated shells, to fully functional destination hotels; internal and external refurbishment using traditional building materials and techniques. This has required us to work with heritage specialists, requiring listed building approvals. In addition to this we are conversant with improving the exterior spaces with reinstated landscaping in line with the original designs for the properties.

For new build developments for clients such as Holiday Inn we have been fully involved from the feasibility and pre-planning stage allowing us to influence build methodologies and utilise “offsite” and “pod” construction solutions.
